He is the author of The Weight Loss Habit: The No BS, No Gimmick, (Sort of) Easy Way to Lose Weight and Keep It Off Forever. The book is based on his personal experience spending half his life obese, then figuring out how to permanently lose weight without relying on willpower, deprivation, or self-hatred. With the right strategies, you can be healthy and still eat the foods you love. (Including fast food!) He has written a guide to curating your Twitter experience called How to Make Twitter Pleasant in Ten Minutes or Less: A Guide to Removing Arguments, Hate, and Politics From Your Twitter Feed He has a BA in Economics from Georgetown University, and an MFA in Screenwriting from The University of Southern California. He does both writing and accounting professionally. He splits his time between Los Angeles and West Tennessee, with his wife and an ever-changing amount of foster kittens. Note that this site and blog will be about personal news, product launches, interviews, and stuff like that.

I expect to update it fairly infrequently.
